Recovery Support Services
Kates Training Academy is proud to partner with the Illinois Department of Human Services to be a service provider in the RSS (Recovery Support Services) initiative. We offer classes at our location that are led by experienced professionals that want to see you succeed. Our current course offerings are as follows:
- Forklift
- Flagger
- Security
- CPR
- Fingerprint Technician
Please check the eligibility requirements to see if you qualify for services.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Age: You must be 18 years of age or older.
- History of Substance Use: You must have a history of alcohol and/or drug dependence, abuse, or use.
- Assessment: Clients who meet the RSS criteria are given a needs assessment at enrollment.
- No Background Check required.
Armed Carry and Un-Armed Carry Classes
Build confidence and readiness through professional training led by experienced instructors. Courses emphasize safety, judgment, and responsibility.
